Introduction

As part of the Scala Support Program, Scala is pleased to bring you Release 7.4 of IC3.

IC3 Release 7.4 is an update to IC3 that adds some customer-requested features and includes various performance enhancements and bug fixes.

This is a cumulative update that includes all previously released improvements.
